In August 2023, RPPI launched its highly anticipated Tech Foundation and Employability Bootcamp in the heart of Oyo State. The intensive program was designed with a singular, powerful mission: to equip young minds with high-income digital skills and the essential soft skills required to thrive in a competitive global market.
📍 The Venue & Structure: Blending Intensive Learning with Mentorship
The bootcamp kicked off physically at The Bunker, Ajeigbe, Ring Road, Ibadan—a vibrant hub perfectly suited for creativity and collaborative learning.
To ensure maximum impact and personalized attention, the organizers strictly capped the cohort size to 30 selected participants. This intentional approach turned the classroom into an incubator of innovation.
The training structure combined the best of both worlds:
- 2 Weeks of Intensive Physical Classes: Immersive, hands-on daily sessions covering technical tracks and professional development.
- 4 Weeks of Online Mentorship: Follow-up virtual sessions to help participants implement what they learned, build portfolios, and transition smoothly into the marketplace.
