Adeyinka is the chairman of the board of directors, Radiant Pathway Progressive Initiative. He is a seasoned senior cyber security engineer with one of the leading technology firms in the United States. Adeyinka is deeply involved with projects that better the lot of people and communities through faith-based ministries and RPPI. He is also an entrepreneur at heart who is doing well at what he does. He is happily married and blessed with children.

The indefatigable country representative of RPPI, Kola as he is fondly called runs the affairs of the organization in Nigeria. Kola is a seasoned agribusiness consultant with over two decades of rich experience. He is interested in seeing people maximize their potential, reason he commits to niched life coaching and mentoring. He is a family man to the core, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

‘Yinka is a graduate of Computer Science who has enjoyed success from building businesses and managing projects, people, and processes, within structured and unstructured business environments. He has been responsible for creative input in the establishment of over seven businesses. He is committed to people development using pragmatic tools. He is an experienced agile project, product, and business process manager. He loves to help people manage their lives. He conceptualizes and leads the execution of programs. He also leads the ICT Unit, which is an operations and dominant capacity-building arm of RPPI.
